When looking at shutter speeds you can have different kinds that you can control the speed you can make it faster or slower. Slow shutter speeds are good to use if you want to capture movement and have blurs as well. If you want freeze frames then it is better to use the fast shutter speed but if you want light to come in them you should not have the shutter speed so fast because it can go so fast that it wont get any light in, so shutter speeds can control the amount of light coming in as well. And you have to have the right amount of time so that you don’t have the photos under exposed or over exposed. The picture that I have taken shows running where I pit the time of the shutter speed on 1/500 seconds and when I was taking pictures of walking I would use 1/250 seconds.

First indesign project

when doing things like this you should always save the original picture.
I had to put in some columns and boxes to put my images in. When i did that i had to decide where i wanted to put the image and what kind of size that i wanted it to be. When you are changing the size of the actual image you have to click on the middle circle, were it will high light a brown box you use the corner to zoom in on your image or zoom out. You also decided were you want the image to be angled. once you have done all of this, you can then move the whole image where ever you want it to go near the outer box you will see a highlighted blue box around the image and this, will change were the image is moved on the page 'center, middle'

Induction product evaluation
Induction evaluation
Some of the skills that I have gained from
being in this media class are some camera skills I have learned how to focus a
camera this is where you turn the front of the camera the smallest ring so that
the camera can become focused on the persons face you do this is your camera is
on manual. I have also learned how to zoom on the camera that I was using you
turn it anticlockwise so that you can zoom and you turn it clockwise so that
you can zoom out. I have also learned how to stand when I am holding the camera
and this is called the T-stance where you put your feet in a triangle position
so you have more balance and can maneuver better. When I was taking the
pictures I also learned about some lighting that the light had to be at the left
side of us so that it would be a better picture.
When it came to Photoshop I have learned a
lot of new skills that I can use for next time I learned things like that I
should always keep the original photo that I taken and use a copy for my Photoshop
in case something goes wrong. In Photoshop I learned to make your picture
larger without messing with the quality and I learned how to do this by
pressing command plus T and then you hit enter.
To enlarge it you have to hold down the shift key while dragging the
Connors out. I also learned how to put rulers in so that they act as your
margins, to get rulers you press command and R so that the rulers will appear
and you drag them where you want them.
When
it came to text I learned where the FX button was and how I can put different
effect on text I learned how to put shadow on and a bevel I did these things to
sometimes emphasize words to show the importance of them and I would also use
FX to make the text look better so it wasn’t dull and boring. I had to a
barcode on my front cover, so I had to go to the internet and save an image of
one that I later on added to my front cover I had to use command T to make it
smaller and move it to the Connor of my front cover. For the color scheme of
the name of my cover I used a dark red colour that was outlined with black to
make it bold and purple is more of a female colour so its attracts them and
purple can be connoted as sophisticated.
Looking at my front cover there is
something that I would like to improve like making some of the headlines stand
out more look more appealing I also would have added more colour to it to draw
in the audience and to brighten up there opinion of the magazine because the
one I have made looks to dull. I would have also made the text bigger and use a
different font for each headline and use colors that match what the text is
saying for example you would use red if you were talking about love.
My front cover also has some strength in it
as well where that I actually put alliteration or that I had a question to get
the audience thinking about their lives and wanting to read more. I was able to
also put some FX on some of the headlines I put in that showed it was important
and something that the audience would like to read
